The FID Bench, Flat/ Incline/Decline Bench is constructed to set the back flat, at an incline, at a decline, or positioned upright. The stable base will hold a weight capacity of 1,500-pounds and features several back and seat position adjustments to best accommodate your height and exercise preference.
